Featuring fruits and vegetables purchased directly from the Duluth Farmers Markets whenever weather permits for the bounty! G.F.D uses Organic and/or GMO-free ingredients. No artificial sweeteners or chemical additives ever. Never any gluten, gums, or "flavorings". Dairy is cultured, local or organic. Plant based and anti inflammatory diet expertise. Is Gluten Free Duluth always gluten free??? Organic? GMO free?

Yes!!! Gluten Free Duluth is always gluten free!

All items are produced in a 100% gluten and wheat free kitchen (since 2013!)

Flours and other ingredients used here carry the GF label and are gluten free, also organic and/or GMO free verified.

We do use an array of tree nuts, but this facility also uses soap and cleans up real nice.

As someone with food intolerances, I totally understand. Items can be made to order so that any diet can be accommodated! (Please seek out another bakery for wheat products.)

Does Gluten Free Duluth have allergen free items?

Yes!! Gluten Free Duluth caters to dietary restrictions and specialty diets. Any recipe can be made to fit your dietary needs. This is the fun part ! Put it in the chat and lets talk about it!

What is available for order ?

Gluten Free Duluth's menu is seasonal. For example, winter kabocha squash is not available in the summer, whereas zucchini is. Baked breads available frozen or fresh depending on when the sourdough starter is ready! Summer is also the busy Farmer's Market season, and all year long is a battle with Autoimmune diseases. Please be flexible and patient on orders. Please give at least 1 week's notice for fulfilling if time is of the essence.

Yes! Gluten Free Duluth offers bulk treat orders online, and it also boosts the chances of an available product. Check out the deals for 6 packs of muffins, cookies, donuts, and more!

Are Gluten Free Duluth's products available for shipping?

Pick up or local delivery only. Free delivery, tips welcomed! Sorry, only pet treats are allowed for shipping through the mail with a Cottage Food Producer's license.

Yes! Gluten Free Duluth is an experience in compostable and recycling packaging.

To keep your G.F.D. products fresh, transfer your baked goods into your own tupperwares or freezer safe zip-lock bags for long term storage. Check my blog for helpful hints!

Yes! Gluten Free Duluth ingredients are sourced organic, local, and plastic free as a first priority. Wholesale organic flours and ingredients are purchased in bulk and come in paper bags or glass. Products are then sold to you in compostable bags!
